1.0 Information about Management and MIS :
Ceiling of 6% of the total outlay per district for the management cost is available. Management cost includes expenditure on data collection, operationalisation and maintenance, expenses including the salary of support staff engaged on contract basis, hiring of experts under various interventions, procurement of equipments including computer and its accessories for state office, district office, stationary, telephone, fax, photocopiers, consumables, POL, postage, vehicle hiring, TA/DA. Media activities such as campaigning through print and electronic media. Propaganda through street plays, printing of posters etc.
